Returns Period
You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your items for an exchange or refund.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process
Please follow these steps to return an item:

  1. Log in to your account at houseofaplomb.com
  2. Navigate to your order history
  3. Select the items you wish to return
  4. Print the prepaid returns label
  5. Package items securely and attach the label
  6. Drop at your nearest authorized shipping location

Return Methods

  • Standard returns (free within domestic orders)
  • Express returns (additional fee applies)
  • International returns (customer responsible for shipping costs)

Refund Processing
Once we receive your return:

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for processing
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items (marked as such)
  • Gift cards
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Intimate apparel

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We will provide a prepaid shipping label

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:

  • Size exchanges (subject to availability)
  • Color exchanges (subject to availability)
  • Please note: Exchange availability cannot be guaranteed

International Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable

Store Returns
Items purchased online cannot be returned to physical retail locations.

Gift Returns
Gift items may be returned for store credit within 28 days of purchase. Original proof of purchase is required.

Return Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our conditions. Items showing signs of wear or damage may be denied.
