Delivery Options
We offer several shipping methods to suit your needs. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Domestic Shipping
- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): $5.95 or FREE on orders over $150
- Express Shipping (2 business days): $12.95
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $24.95
International Shipping
- Standard International (7-14 business days): Costs vary by destination
- Express International (3-7 business days): Costs vary by destination
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2 PM EST Monday-Friday are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends are processed the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check your order status by logging into your account at houseofaplomb.com.
Shipping Restrictions
Some items have shipping restrictions due to size, value, or destination. These restrictions are noted on individual product pages.

International Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost or item price.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Currently, we only support shipping to one address per order. For multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
Undeliverable Packages
Packages that are returned as undeliverable will be refunded minus shipping costs. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete.
Delivery Times
All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather, customs, and other factors may cause delays beyond our control.
Signature Requirement
Orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery. You can authorize a signature release during checkout.
Holiday Shipping

Order Changes
To change your shipping address or method, contact us immediately at houseofaplomb.com. Changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, contact us through houseofaplomb.com for assistance.
PO Box Shipping
We can ship to PO boxes via standard mail only. Express and overnight options are not available for PO boxes.
Remote Areas
Additional shipping charges may apply for remote locations. These charges will be displayed during checkout.
